From the banks of Lake Victoria to classrooms with no electricity β GGI is building self-reliant communities, one woman, one farm, one student at a time.
Registered Jan 2026
GGI was founded by women from Eastern Uganda who believed the best solutions come from the communities they serve. Registered on 8 January 2026, we immediately launched Mama Kuku, Mama Shamba, UgLearn, and Mushroom Farming β reaching thousands of people in our first year.
We combine ancestral community knowledge with modern technology β building offline EdTech platforms, agri-data systems, and circular farming models that are designed to replicate across Africa.

The people who make GGI possible β developers, doctors, farmers, educators, and community champions from across Uganda.
Our volunteer team is growing. Once volunteers are added through the Admin Dashboard, they will appear here automatically with their profiles, roles, and locations.
